About ScoutTools

The ScoutTools software was developed in response to a growing demand for a council website solution that was custom tailored to the Scouting program and met the specfic requirements that Boy Scout councils have in supporting their participants and volunteers.

The design and methods used in the software have been developed and tested in Council websites since 1999. Over the years a set of "best practices" have been tested, refined, and have proven successful in helping councils support thier mission.  The software has evolved to embody these "best practices".  As a ScoutTools customer, you not only have a reliable state-of-the-art website platform and software tools, but you benefit from the years of experience the software is based on.
